These special retreats usually last four days and are carefully planned out to provide a balancing blend of energising and relaxing yoga, fresh, healthy meals, and plenty of free time to swim, hike, cycle, and explore the stunning countryside and beaches nearby.

A typical day at the retreat...

7 – 8am Wake up
Juice / Energy Shot
8.30am Morning Practice
10 – 11am Breakfast
