We are thrilled to welcome Stride & Edge back to Casa La Siesta for a very special yoga retreat from 11-15 October. The four-day retreat has been carefully planned out to provide a balancing blend of energising and relaxing yoga, fresh, healthy meals, and plenty of free time to swim, hike, cycle, and explore the stunning countryside and beaches nearby.

Your typical day at the retreat
The whole day on the Wednesday will be set aside for people to arrive and settle, however the retreat officially starts at 5pm with a welcome circle followed by a short yoga practise and a delicious first meal together. Again, people are welcome to leave when best suits them on the Sunday, however the Stride & Edge team will say their goodbyes after lunch at 1pm. Below is a rough schedule of what days will look like:
7 – 8am Wake up
Juice / Energy Shot
8.30am Morning Practice
10 – 11am Breakfast
Free Time (Swim, Walk, Read, Cycle, Beach, Massage etc.)
2pm Lunch
Free Time / Yoga Workshop
4pm Teas and Healthy Snack
5.30pm Relaxing Yoga Practice
7.30pm Dinner
